Please read and have the principal of your company sign the below release of liability: Exhibitor shall be fully responsible for any and all damages to property owned by the Arena Horse Shows of Ocala, L.L.C. dba World Equestrian Center; Equestrian Operations, L.L.C.; Columbus Hospitality, L.L.C., its owners or managers which results from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, the Arena Horse Shows of Ocala, L.L.C. dba World Equestrian Center; Equestrian Operations, L.L.C.; Columbus Hospitality, L.L.C., their owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and FACAP, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor’s use of property. Exhibitor’s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from or out of or reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of the Exhibitor’s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the event center, or any part thereof.

One 8 ft rectangular table and two chairs are provided at no charge. Table cloths are not provided, please bring your own. The spaces this year will be 8’ x 10’ and no more than two individuals will be in attendance to represent each space at a time. There are electric

outlets in the hall, but please bring your own extension cords if power is necessary.

Exhibitor Regular Registration Fee: $600.00
